Network Spinal Analysis™ (often called NSA or simply Network Care) was developed by Dr. Donald Epstein 30 years ago. Network Care is exclusively practiced by doctors of chiropractic. Like all forms of chiropractic, Network Care addresses the nervous system as a means to promote healing in the body. Unlike other forms of care, Network Care promotes lasting change through reprogramming your brain and nervous system to feel better and get more out of life.

Lasting Change | Network Care begins by restoring the connection between the brain and the body so that change can occur. As we continue in care, not only do we reprogram patterns of pain and stress, but we create new patterns that completely reorganize the body. Donald Epstein actually named our paradigm for healing Reorganizational Healing because we accomplish so much more than getting rid of pain; we actually teach your nervous system to be more healthy and efficient than ever before!
Dr. Donald Epstein has said that “If you haven’t made the change you want to make in life, it’s because you haven’t felt what you need to feel yet to make that change.” When we are stuck in painful patterns of stress, we act accordingly. When we feel something different, we can do something different. When we do things that are different we create the basis of a new life based on true choice, not the constraints we previously felt.
Upgrade Your Operating System Now! | Anthony Robbins, internationally recognized success coach, philanthropist, and Peak Performance trainer, is one of a growing number of influential people who swear by Network Care. He says, “I am stronger, more inspired, and more creative because of this work. It has personally and professionally helped me maximize my ability to contribute to others.” Listen to Tony Robbins talk about his experience with Network Care here.
WHAT TO EXPECT | A Network Care session involves gentle, precise contacts to the upper and lower spine, and a system of outcomes assessments to track client progress in care. This series of gentle contacts is part of a 10–20 minute session. Rather than a forceful adjustment to the spine meant to restore joint alignment, these contacts act as a series of “system reset buttons” to reprogram the nervous system. When we reprogram the nervous system, the brain gains access to where change is needed in the body. Then, tension can release and your body can use the energy that was being stored there.
SOMATO RESPIRATORY INTEGRATION | Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) is another technique developed by Dr. Donald Epstein to accomplish Reorganizational Healing. This technique was created as an easy, effective way to reprogram stress and pain and promote transformation. SRI exercises can be done in the office as a corollary to Network Care, or outside the office to further your care on your own.
SRI is a system of exercises that use active breath, movements, and declarations. They are based on Epstein’s 1994 book The Twelve Stages of Healing. Each stage encapsulates a specific energy or rhythm inherent in parts of the healing process.
Network Care is a form of wellness care that was not created for the diagnosis or treatment of any symptom or disease. As a form of chiropractic, the purpose of care to address the health of the spine and nervous system for optimal function so that health can be expressed fully in the body and in life. Here are some examples of symptoms or conditions that may be improved when the nervous system is upgraded through Network Care.
