I’ve never gone to a chiropractor, so really didn’t know what to expect. My impression was that it was holistic, gentle and effective. My knee was quickly feeling better, and I have some new exercises and breathing techniques to do on my own. Dr. Katie has a gentle, caring approach and makes you feel at ease (even for those who are not touchy-feely). I feel like I now have a better awareness of my posture and my breathing.
