External chaos = internal chaos

Hi everyone!  I know it’s been a while.  I’m up in Madison, Wisconsin, eagerly awaiting go-time for the opening of New Day Network Wellness Center in Chicago.

It can sometimes be stressful living in chaos.  This transition time has been an interesting time for me to start an online program called “Wake Up Productive.”  I have been learning a lot about time (self) management so far, and I always feel a creative burst when I think about the tie-ins with NSA and chiropractic care.

One of the 11 principles taught by Eben Pagan in the program is that internal chaos creates external chaos.  All too often we find ourselves focusing externally when we look for the cause of our problems or something we can improve or control to make our lives better.  Suddenly we’re working overtime trying to “fix” everything around us.

Can you relate?  The number one idea I always try to get people to understand about their health is that what’s happening inside is directly related to what’s happening outside.  A life in chaos usually means a body in chaos.  Through NSA care we bring every cell in the body on board with the same project– helping you live as on purpose as possible.  What an important investment!

Where is chaos showing up in your life?  Do yourself a favor and take the time to consider how external chaos and internal chaos are related– and get yourself to a chiropractor!
