Happy holidays, sunshines! Tis the season to enjoy family, food, and friends to the fullest. Young Living can help! I have SO MANY tips for using and sharing Young Living over the holidays that I am challenged to fit them into one email! Therefore, I am excited to share that I will be doing a “12 Days of Young Living” so that I can give due time and focus to each one of the special tips I have for you!
Before I get into my first tip, some logistics. It’s already mid-November. If you want to use or share Young Living over the holidays, time is of the essence! Plan ahead and make your order before Thanksgiving to save yourself the headaches of ordering last minute. There are also a number of oils that tend to sell out quickly during this busy time. You’ll be glad you planned ahead!
If you’re not already a Young Living member, an economical way to get some stocking stuffers is to sign up as a member or change your membership from retail customer to member. With your premium starter kit you will receive 12 oils and one diffuser, any or all of which can be used as gifts and stocking stuffers. Then, any additional products you buy will be discounted 24 percent off the retail price.
12 Days of Young Living tip #1: Set the mood with THIEVES!
“It smells wonderful in here!” is a phrase I often hear when people walk into the office. I use many essential oils at New Day that contribute to what you smell when you walk in the door. But the #1 oil I diffuse DAILY at New Day, every day for the past two and a half years, is Thieves blend.
Thieves is grounding, warm and spicy. When you close your eyes and think of the holidays and what the holiday season smells like, chances are it smells something like Thieves! Thieves contains clove, lemon, cinnamon, rosemary, and eucaluyptus radiata essential oils.
You can diffuse Thieves in a diffuser, a mini crockpot, and on cotton balls in vents. Not only does it create that warm inviting aroma, but Thieves also supports your immune system– perfect for cold and flu season! I will talk about this more in an upcoming tip!
