Good morning, New Day!

As I foreshadowed in my last message, we have begun a renovation to the front office at New Day! This is an incredibly exciting time for our whole team, and it will be for you as well. I want to take a moment to share what we are doing and how this will result in a better experience for you in our office.

Before I describe the details, let me tell you how all this came about. When I opened New Day two and a half years ago, there were many improvements I wanted to make. From the beginning, there were so many things I wanted to buy and do that I could hardly keep track of it all! A change to the physical structure of the office was on the list, but as time went on it was nowhere near the top of the list, as other more pressing issues came to light.

Then, about 6 weeks ago, it suddenly hit me! I realized that a renovation HAD to be the top priority! I got incredibly clear WHY this needed to happen NOW and have been in action ever since.
